Mike Piazza Honda

Purchased my vehicle from Mike Piazza Honda and had an exceptionally good experience better than many previous purchases. Recently I had an issue with my vehcle while on vacation and was forced to take it exceptionally good experience better than many previous purchases. Recently I had an issue with my vehcle while on vacation and was forced to take it to a Honda dealership in Florida. They were nice but they didn't correct the problem. I called Guy Conlan who got on the phone with the service manager in Florida and he walked them through the diagnosis over the phone. Guy is absolutely the best! When I am home I will never take my car to any other dealership. Thanks Guy. More

George Farrell was excellent. I didn't feel like I was talking to a "salesman". He asked what we wanted, we told him, and shortly thereafter, "my" car was driven to the front for me to test drive. George explained and answered any questions/concerns thoroughly. There was absolutely no pressure at any time. I did leave to check out another brand of car at another dealer, but upon hearing that salesman's pitch, didn't even test drive the other car. I returned 15 minutes later and shook George's hand and said, "You have a sale". I love the Accord. I had never driven one until the test drive, but I knew I'd like the car. That's an understatement. George has followed through with calls to check on my satisfaction and to set up a time to get a remote start installed. I'd recommend this dealership, especially George Farrell, to anyone. Upon completion of the sale, the head of the dealership came out to thank me personally, and to check on my satisfaction. I'd give this whole experience a "10". Thanks George. Kathy Brilla More
