My experience with Piazza Honda was an absolute customer service nightmare. When a deal for a used vehicle did not go through my salesman became extremely rude and visibly upset. Purchased my vehicle from Mike Piazza Honda and had an exceptionally good experience better than many previous purchases. Recently I had an issue with my vehcle while on vacation and was forced to take it exceptionally good experience better than many previous purchases. Recently I had an issue with my vehcle while on vacation and was forced to take it to a Honda dealership in Florida. They were nice but they didn't correct the problem. I called Guy Conlan who got on the phone with the service manager in Florida and he walked them through the diagnosis over the phone. Guy is absolutely the best!
