Stay away from Sandy and Brett. Nasty. Very nasty people. I talked to Marrissa on the phone, she seemed OK, She told me the sale prices for the Accord in May 06. But Marrisa's only internet sales, she won't be your saleswomen, plus haveing the internet sales people only adds more people to gang up on you, which isn't a good tacktic to dealing with a car dealership like this. This place is everything you would expect from a nasty car dealership. When i walked in they were alful to me. Brett, was very snooty and so was Sandy. after being there for 45seconds they asked me what i wanted in a monthly payment, they laughed in my face, and accessed my trade in and told me a civic would be $400 for 72 months. I walked away. Wasn't in the mood. Also i called the service office. They have saturday appointments but not if your under warrenty... I thought they were horrible and had so many problems just to fix my AC on 94 Honda Civic. I made an appointment and brought in the car on Monday. I had to leave it there and they didn't get to work on just to fix my AC on 94 Honda Civic. I made an appointment and brought in the car on Monday. I had to leave it there and they didn't get to work on it until Tuesday. When we drove the car home on Tuesday, we realized that the AC was still not working. So I called them and brought it back on Wednesday. I waited for about 2 hours and they figured out that they needed to order a part to fix this problem. I think they should have caught this when I first brought in the car. Anyway, they told me to call back on Friday to see if the part is in and if it is, I can bring in the car and get it fixed right away on the spot. When I called on Friday, they told me that the order for the part was not yet placed and I was very angry. A few minutes later, they called back and told me that the part, in fact, was ordered and is already in the shop. However, unlike what I was told on Wednesday, I would not be able to bring in the car that day and they will not be able to fix it for me right away. I have to make another appointment! When I complained about this, they said that the person that I previously spoke with is out of the office so they cannot do anything about it. So, I made an appointment for the following Friday and will make yet another trip. I hope they will finally be able to get this done. I am really disappointed with their customer service and quality of work. They cannot be telling me one thing and not keep their words, even if they were spoken by another person in the office. They also need to be more organized. All this will cost me $550 when it's done. I don't know if that is a good price but we will be making 3 trips to this dealer for one problem and that is definitely not a good thing!!!! I don't recommend them at all and I will not go back to them again. More
