My wife and I had a few different vehicles in mind - one of which was the Nissan Pathfinder. Upon walking into a dealership in another state where we live, we simply walked out without starting any conversa of which was the Nissan Pathfinder. The experience was so professional, welcoming, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and friendly (and I wasn't even there in person, I was on FaceTime!!!) I knew we were getting a great deal because of Nesrin's incredible knowledge about the vehicle, she showed us everything the new pathfinder had to offer, navigated us through the Nissan apps, explained the buying process, and many other details.
