I asked for my deposit back multiple times, they told me it was non-refundable. I've had MANY people (lawyers and salesmen) tell me it was illegal. So this is the piece of paper they had me sign saying it was "non-refundable" neither condition was met because I never drove off with the car. Do with this as you please, but I WILL receive my money back. We can take the easy route or the long one AJ. More

The store is really nice and I love the fact you can view cars in the service area. My sales person was great but the sales manager tried to add additional fees on top of the price.
