This is the worst dealership experience ever. Currently, there is no general manager as the previous one retired and has not been replaced. Our vehicle, no more than a year old, had to be towed to service there. They had it a month. When they claimed the service was complete. They said it must be picked up that day or we would be charged for the rental. My husband had to miss a funeral service to pick up the car. Less than 24 hours later, we have the same exact problem! The car is being towed again this morning. We had to wait two hours for anyone from service to call us this morning just to tell us that there is not a rental or loaner available right now. We have no recourse but just to wait. I have to continue to pay for lease that I have been unable to drive for just about a month and now probably longer. There is no management to vent to, the quality of repairs speaks for itself, and customer service is the worse I have ever experienced at any dealer. More

I originally planned on looking at the CarBravo vehicles on the lot. My salesman, Austin Boucher spent quite a bit of time showing me all the options that met my needs. They did a good job making sure my vehicle was safe while we waited to put the new tire on. The mechanic switched the front and back tires, so the front was a normal tire and the back was the spare, knowing we waited to put the new tire on. Purchased a pre-owned vehicle from this establishment. When it came time to need repairs nothing was covered under warranty and they charged $855 just to diagnose the issue.
