I went in for a standard oil change. When making the appointment I asked if I could use a coupon that I had, which they responded that I could. At the dealership they wouldn't let me use the coupon they had previously emailed. The coupon said it was $10 off oil change, tire rotation and brake inspection. They told me that the brake inspection done during the GM multipoint inspection did not qualify for this coupon and it was a different brake inspection. The coupon did not specify this and had no stipulations or fine print. Craig, the service manager also gave me a hard time with honoring the price listed on their website, stating the price listed was a coupon price and you could not use more than one coupon together. Which again did not say on any of the coupons that only one could be used. Even the "coupon price" listed on the website is a joke because they add extra shop fees on top of that, again NOT listed in the fine print. He was rude and advertised a false price with these coupons that they refused to accept. I would not have taken my car to this dealership had they been transparent on the actual price they were charging. More
