Great, Honest Truck Buying Experience Jorge Duran provided excellent customer service for me during the purchase of my truck. The truck I was buying had only been on the lot a couple of da Jorge Duran provided excellent customer service for me during the purchase of my truck. The truck I was buying had only been on the lot a couple of days and had not been inspected yet. I asked Jorge to make sure he was honest with me if it had any major issues when it is was inspected, if I was to make a deal with him on the truck. Jorge notified me a couple days later that the fuel injectors would need to be replaced making the cost of the truck more than what was originally planned on. Both Jorge and the sales manager were still able to keep the cost of the truck at a great price and maintain a reasonable monthly payment for myself. I appreciate the transparency in the buying process at this dealership. I will definitely recommend this dealership to other people and I will do business with them in the future. More

The BEST experience! I went to the dealership to look at the vehicle and was not planning on purchasing that day. Jorge was the best. My first RAM truck purchase I went on Edmunds.com to get quotes for a new RAM 1500 Sport Crew Cab. Within the next couple hours, I received a few phone calls from area dealers. I went on Edmunds.com to get quotes for a new RAM 1500 Sport Crew Cab. Within the next couple hours, I received a few phone calls from area dealers. All of them except Jorge didn't seem to take me seriously and were just feeling me out. Jorge took me seriously and convinced me he would have the truck I'm looking for and at the price I was wanting. I went to the dealership that day and we looked at several trucks and I bought the one I wanted. Jorge never tried to pressure me into a lesser vehicle based on price, he worked to get me the price I was looking for on the truck I wanted. We both win! I enjoyed the experience and I really love the truck. A+ for John Elway Dodge and Jorge. :) More

Liars ..... plain and simple !!!!!! The salesman , Mike Kelly, was GREAT ! ABSOLUTELY loved dealing with him. It was the handoff from him to the service department and finance that thin The salesman , Mike Kelly, was GREAT ! ABSOLUTELY loved dealing with him. It was the handoff from him to the service department and finance that things became a nightmare. Was interested in 2012 VW cc , i asked repeatedly what the price was on it and got NO answer. They kept asking me what my payment range was . Finally i told them, THEN a number appears on the car for a price tag! Test drove the car and the check engine light was on. I asked to have the codes scanned to see what the issue was. They did so and it came back a code for the intake manifold crossover valve sensor. The comment was made that it would be covered under factory warranty ( which its not, the car has 63333 miles on it, and the warranty ended at 60000 miles ) and they would help me schedule it in to be repaired AFTER PURCHASE! I had the car 2 days and was on my way to work on I25 between Loveland and Longmont when the car jerked a couple times and went into limp mode ( wouldn't go faster than 25 mph ) ! When i went back to the dealership, of course, nothing could be remembered about anything being said on the fixing of the sensor. Second issue was, the price ! I get home from the dealership and get online with kelly blue book and NADA and look the car up. It fits in the excellent category easily. Trade in is under 8 grand, resale is around 14. The price they came up with was 18,500 abouts. WTH! my bank said they would only loan 11 grand twards the purchase at 3.9 % ...... the dealership was going to loan full price minus first months payment for the down payment at 18% ......WHAT THE xxxx. ? SO, they rip you off on the purchase price, the gouge you on APR and lie to you untill the sale is completed ! Use your own judgment, but i wont do business with ANY elway delerships from now on! The saying goes : One bad apple spoils the whole bushel ! Has more truth to it then one would think ! More
