I have had terrible experiences with another Subaru service department so decided to try Mike Shaw Subaru based on online reviews. They were perfect! Very professional and efficient! I had been told by the other place that a broken rearview mirror holder couldn't be replaced for less than $750 and I could call the corporate office myself if I wanted to ask warranty questions. Aidan at Mike Shaw Subaru immediately explained the mirror was under warranty, no charge to me, and would be replaced promptly!
