When I've come in for service (which we always get at Mike Shaw), Cliff always recognizes me and greets me by name, and asks about my family (also by name). He is a five-star sales representative all the way down to the $2 bill he attaches to the gas cap which we discover during our first fill-up. These small touches make a huge difference and make me feel confident that we got a square deal that was perfectly suited to our family. We will continue to recommend this dealership and Cliff to everyone we know (and the education community is FULL of Subaru owners!).
