When Dale asked a question about one the options he'd just explained, his response was "Oh, you cannot take that option, the finance limit will not allow it, the only option you can take is the base option". We are still not sure why he wasted time explaining all 4 options when three of them were not available to us. And he did not mention that until we started asking questions. More
