I started and ended my 2018 search at Mike Shaw’s I thought our sales rep did a good job. Pretty knowledgeable of the Subaru and maintenance products offered. The finance manager was personable but we I thought our sales rep did a good job. Pretty knowledgeable of the Subaru and maintenance products offered. The finance manager was personable but we had a long wait to see him when all we were doing was an All Cash deal. In all we were there 3+ hours. I took my cousin with me who is a retired financial officer and he expected things to take so long even though I had decided on my car of choice within the first hour. I think the industry should re-evaluate their policies and procedures. I don’t believe having made appt. ahead of time would of made a difference. All in all I am VERY happy with my purchase and recommend Mike Shaw’s Subaru ( I traded in a 2002 for an 2018)! More
