Called Mike White Ford 4-29-26 to schedule to have a recall completed on my Ford F550 6.7 Diesel 34ft RV. I talked with "Lucy" in service- and told her exactly what I have and I needed a to have a recal recall completed on my Ford F550 6.7 Diesel 34ft RV. I talked with "Lucy" in service- and told her exactly what I have and I needed a to have a recall completed-I ask to speak to an advisor and she put me on hold and then came back and said "there are 17 larger vehicles ahead of you and we can only accommodate 2 at once on the property" I said ok what does that mean? She suggested it would be "next year sometime" and I said you mean 2027 and she said "yes" and I ask if it would be mid or late 2027 and could it go into 2028 just to see what she said and to my surprise she said "yes even into 2028" I honestly thought she was joking but she was definitely not. I ask to please have an advisor call me and she assured me that Kevin or Adam would return my call- unfortunately that NEVER happened!! I sat here thinking does it really take them 1-2 years to process 17 larger vehicles? its almost comical to think they operate this way. I have called Ford Motor Co. to report my findings and they were even shocked. ***Update they finally call me back today 6-2-26*** Cant remember if it was Kevin or Adam but either way all he says is "we see your vehicles recall was taken care of" Well of course it was I cant wait a month for a call back plus certainly cant wait 1-2 years for your service dept. to work their way to my vehicle-what a joke! I feel like I am in the Twilight Zone talking to these people! AVOID this place at all cost!! More
Katelyn in the lady in the Cashier booth, is so helpful and seems to do a lot for the company! She helped go over the Ro's and if needed assistance she got in contact with them. They have lost 2 sales to a dealer I was willing, and did, drive 6.5 hours one way, both times, to get a much better deal and the car I actually wanted. nice enough sales staff. They just don't email or call you back and don't really give any discounts off MSRP (which is an already made up number by the factory). Jon (sales manager) was only offering a 2.3% off MSRP and relied on factory rebates and incentives I didn't qualify for to try and make me think I was getting a good deal. This was only after I had to initiate a callback and several follow up emails and text messages. Then Jon just ghosted me completely. I was ready to buy. He said he could do a dealer trade but never followed up and I never heard back after that. I got 8.3% off MSRP before any incentives or rebates (remember I didn't qualify for any). More

I recently bought my first car at this dealership and it was the absolute best experience. It was such a blessing for our salesman to be Gary Bower. Gary was awesome and gave all the details and information we needed and was super genuine and kind. Very patient as well, I got to test drive and try everything out, with full tank of gas when I left too! It honestly couldn’t have gone better, and I got a great deal !!
