We shopped around and looked at many other suitable vehicles, but came back to see Ricco. The process of negotiating the trade-in and financing is always the worst for me. But, I had done my research prior to starting the process. After a brief back-and-forth, I got nearly what I wanted for my trade, and they got nearly what they wanted for the new van. So, I'd say everybody won. I can't speak highly enough of Ricco, and also Curtis in the financing department, They made the process smooth, easy, and altogether pleasant, which is not something I ever thought I'd say about buying a car.
