Introduced to Phillip And he was with a customer, so he introduced me to Dylan Stitzlein until he was finished with his customer. Told Dylan I was looking for a used truck and had a couple in mind to look at. We looked at them and found one I liked. Dylan was very knowledgeable about the vehicle with the options that I was not familiar with on the Fords. Took it for a road test, loved the way it handled and when we arrived back to the dealership, we went inside to discuss numbers. Phillip and Dylan helped with the loan application and I guess they have teams of salesman that work together because I never felt like one salesman trying to steal a sale from another salesman. They worked very well together. Once it was our turn to go and see Ben Declouet with finance, that was probably one of the best experiences I had with a finance guy. He was very friendly and knowledgeable of the finance procedure. I liked how he showed me what my note was for my truck. Then broke down how much Gap will be if I wanted it. How much road hazard is if I wanted it and how much my extended warranty would be if I wanted it. Other dealerships hit you with that sticker shock of how much your note is with everything and see what you want to take away. He explained each option and what it's purpose like it was my first time buying a vehicle. The 3 guys I dealt with at Mike Willis Ford shows the character of employees that he employs at his dealership. I would highly recommend if you looking for a new or used vehicle to go there and you will be treated fairly by everyone. More
