Service Cost Price Scam Called their service dept to get a cost on a Mopar wire harness, needed for a trailer connection. But when the service tech told me it was a 3 hour job and the total cost was nearly $500, I knew this place needs to be reported to someone. He explained to me the harness needed to go "All the way from the back to the front...." (Duh) "....and it was very time consuming." Knowing this was way out of line, I searched a bit on the internet and found the part needed at the official Mopar website. The description of this part had the installation time. It was .4 hrs. Under a half hour! I can see how some people can easily get scammed by vendors like this. Absolute discrace! Oh, I bought the part I needed and installed myself. 30 minutes! That`s a retired carpenter doing the job, no lift, on his back, with a hand full of tools. More
