Bought a new truck from 2200 miles away! I was away in Wyoming when I heard about this truck from a family member. Given my location, I had no cell service but did have a wifi connection. I contacted John Fournier via messenger to inquire about the RAM 3500 I heard about. He quickly replied and sent me about a dozen pictures. I liked the truck and negotiated a deal to trade in my RAM 2500. My wife was able to drop off my trade a day before I returned. That way the plow frame and tonneau cover could be switched over to the 3500. When I returned on Saturday, I simply went over to Milford, signed the paperwork and drove it home! Special thanks to Chris B and his service team for their work with switching over the plow frame and electronics; Rocky for the quick and easy paperwork; Dave B for dealing with the insurance company and delivery; and of course John F for his patience with answering all of my questions via messenger while I was 2200 miles away! All the above is why I've been a repeat customer since moving to Milford, Pa in 2005. More
