I'd rather have a root canal! Bought a new van and traded in a car, first they didn't pay off my old car for 3 months. Many calls form the bank asking why no payments are being mad Bought a new van and traded in a car, first they didn't pay off my old car for 3 months. Many calls form the bank asking why no payments are being made. Told them the car was traded in to a dealer and I was told it's my problem and will impact my credit score. Then found some hidden charges in my finance paperwork that I didn't want but was lied to as to what I was signing. (my fault for not reading more carefully). After 6 months transmission failed leaving us stranded. Dealer said, "all fixed" drove home and got stuck on the road next morning. 3 more failures over 2 years and still not repaired. Rust through on hood was replaced under warranty, Done so poorly I wish I had my old rusty hood back! An absolute nightmare. I wouldn't recommend this dealership or Chrysler to anyone unless i absolutely hate you. More
