This should have been an easy sale. We special ordered our van. When it came in we had difficulties finding a time to go get it based on the salesman’s schedule. The salesman offered to deliver it (we didn’t ask for this) and then did not get the financing done or the paperwork sent to a closer dealer for us to pick up in time.
