My wife and I bought our car-a 2010 Suzuki Grand Vitara-from your dealership more than ten years ago. We even had a photograph taken of us and our new car displayed inside your dealership. We serviced our car religiously through your dealership which is why it’s in such great running order. We understand the myriad problems caused by the loss of Suzuki motors in this country but to wash your hands of any further responsibilities regarding our car is unconscionable. We are now down to one working key fob. This could leave us stranded should it too stop working. Recently we were informed that our rods and accompanying bolts are rusted. When asked for suggestions your people offered only to introduce me to a salesman in order to pitch us a new car. I could only hope if we did take the salesperson up to trade in our car that you would then try to sell it to someone else. After ten years-and we have the paperwork to prove it, we feel your dealership has let us down.
