I recently purchased a new 2022 RAM Bighorn tr Director at RAM in Milledgeville, GA provides excellent customer service and cares about the customer. I recently purchased a new 2022 RAM Bighorn truck that encountered Radio/Navigation issues. We attempted to get things corrected but we ran into some obsticales on the way to getting it fixed. Once Brad was informed he took control and made sure my issue was fixed correctly and quickly. He even went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Brad is a prime example of how all employees in customer service jobs should treat their customers. It was a pleasure working with him and meeting him. God bless him and his excellent attitude. More
The experience was horrible. I took both of my Dodge vehicles on for a recall on certain parts. Upon receiving my first vehicle back, they had broken my key fob and when I called I took both of my Dodge vehicles on for a recall on certain parts. Upon receiving my first vehicle back, they had broken my key fob and when I called and asked them about it and getting it replaced David brushed it off like it was nothing and told me I would have to pay for something he broke and did t let me speak to a manager. My second vehicle sat there for 4 days and he kept changing the day without any updates as to when it would be done or why it was taking so long. When asking David questions he would get quiet on the phone and not even respond to emails. This was the worst experience I have had and I was thinking about getting a new Dodge Durango from here but not now. I will travel to get a better experience and treatment that what I received and I let my friends and family know not to buy or bring their vehicles here. More
The service department gives at best, poor communication. After almost 4 months of haggling with a bumper to bumper lifetime warranty, we lost. IT NEVER worked and no one from that dealership called...we lost out on the money we gave them to fix it. Get a second opinion first. More

I am located in Mississippi but found the Wagoneer I wanted on the internet. I contacted them on a Friday morning and by Saturday at 2pm the car was in my driveway! They had excellent customer service wanted on the internet. I contacted them on a Friday morning and by Saturday at 2pm the car was in my driveway! They had excellent customer service and went above and beyond to make sure everything was a great buying experience. I would recommend them to anyone. More
MY TIME MEANS NOTHING TO THEM My wife called this morning to make an appointment for an oil change. She was told to come in at 8:30. After driving for an hour and arriving with my wife, we were told morning to make an appointment for an oil change. She was told to come in at 8:30. After driving for an hour and arriving with my wife, we were told that the oil change would be in 3-4 hours. The 8:30 appointment was for a service advisor and not for the oil change! This dealership does not care about us or our time. So we drove another hour to go home. We wasted 2 hours and a quarter of a tank of gas for nothing. At 12:22 this afternoon, Taylor called my wife and asked why she was a "no show" for her appointment!!!! Can you believe that? A "no show". We were there. A no show for a service advisor appointment and then to wait 4 hours. Come on now! They don't care about us or our time. All they wanted was our vehicle so that they could charge us and make money. Milledgeville Jeep, put yourself in our shoes, was that right how we were treated? Would you have wanted to been treated that way? We wasted 2 hours and $20 in fuel for nothing. You just don't care. My husband and I have had the worst experience here. His recent review stated how long our vehicle was withheld along with poor communication. We were told our vehicle would be detailed and serviced. They already had to fix the “wiring” to the back latch of our vehicle. It doesn’t make sense because they would have used a multimeter to find out why it wasn’t working rather than sending it to various locations and using the excuse of ordering the “wrong part” and holding our vehicle for over three weeks. “$4,000 repair bill” .. okay. When we finally went to pick up our vehicle, it was NOT detailed. It was only half vacuumed. My husband asked for a receipt on what they serviced and never received the email. The Sales Manager himself lied to his face saying it was all done properly… here’s the best part. We took our vehicle to a mechanic. Didn’t take three weeks either. He got back to us after only a couple of hours and understood what proper communication is. He made it clear to us they touched absolutely nothing. Also, the vehicle needs some serious repairing which was never made known to us. Barely had this vehicle long enough to be encountering all of these issues. Y’all came out an had nerve to make excuses about having your issues at home and then wanted to apologize to me with “We have been doing our best” …. Y’all scam your customers. Even the Toyota Dealership called your lack of profession out in front of your own sales rep. More

Just got a ram 1500 this was closest dealer for me had oil changed twice there no problem. Went In for coolant leak was charged $300 an hour for labor to replace water pump. Dealer at stonecrest and deale oil changed twice there no problem. Went In for coolant leak was charged $300 an hour for labor to replace water pump. Dealer at stonecrest and dealer at Athens labor rate is $160 an hour. Just lost my business. More
