I recently purchased a new 2022 RAM Bighorn truck that encountered Radio/Navigation issues. We attempted to get things corrected but we ran into some obsticales on the way to getting it fixed. Once Brad was informed he took control and made sure my issue was fixed correctly and quickly. He even went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.
