When I purchased my Honda Pilot, Mr. Ray Brown and his staff Adeleke Osinuga were very respectful and diligent. I went to their office 5 times before I decided to purchase the car due to their persistency I owned the car today. I thought it was just the sales department that showed this type of professional and friendly nature, until I met Mr. Gregory Andrews in services, he is very respectful and professional in dealing with the customers. He did everything to make me and the other customers comfortable. The assistance and support he gave me when my car was in their shop blew my mind. He treats the customers with utmost respect and dignity. I actually told all my family and friends to go to Honda Millennium for all their auto needs because they are the “BEST”. I purchase a car back in February of 2019 a 2019 Honda Accord sport which I love and millennium was suppose send a check to Hyundai for the trade in i got rid of for 12/13 remaining payments. In October o Accord sport which I love and millennium was suppose send a check to Hyundai for the trade in i got rid of for 12/13 remaining payments. In October of this year I received a hit on mines and my wife's credit saying that I owe 8,000 dollars because the hyundia never received the pay off check to pay off the car. So now they are saying I have to pay this. The way my deal was done millennium was suppose pay the remaining payments on the car and they never did. The dealership still to this day after speaking with them multiple times still have not paid it off and it is affecting my credit badly. I went from a 727 score down to 545 and this is affecting my credit badly! This dealership is super irresponsible and upper management needs to learn customer service and not just be on your side when they are trying to close a deal but need to be on your side when something goes wrong after. I have reached out to Honda cooperate and BBB for assistance with this matter since the dealership 10 months a late still have not paid off the car I traded in The next post will be detailing everyone I spoke to and all the ridiculous answers they gave me during this process. First Time Buyer I first came to the dealership yesterday 12/17/19 with my friend who told me, I'll most likely find something I like. I was a little hesitate at first but I had looked at the Honda Civic Coupe before online couple days ago. The lady at the front desk was very welcoming. She asked me and my friend what are we interested in looking at, I told her something new, to see what the prices would look like. Since I had recently gone to another dealership and the monthly was extremely high. When I was greeted by Jose Villota, he was very welcoming even though at first I was hesitate with even looking at a car. When we set down we disgust what type of car I'm interested in which was a coupe. He shows me the Honda Civic Coupe and whats the difference with the trims. He showed me the car they had outside which was the Touring Trim. and also took it for a test drive. The car felt so smooth, the features it also had was very nice and did not know it had certain features. He was patience with me since I did call my father for his advice on it and came back later in the day to be able to look up prices for insurances for that car. I came back the next day 12/18/19 to speak to the finance employee Haresh Nainani, who was very helpful also with this process. He helped a lot getting me a good payment as a first time buyer. I also had to take a few mins to call my father again to see if the monthly payment and the payment for the insurance was a good price for my salary and wont hurt my pockets. At the end of the day I was able to actually drive off with a brand new 2019 Civic Coupe EX with the help of these two gentlemen, who took the time to help me and have patience going through this process. I would highly recommend to come to this dealership if you are looking for either a new or used car. More
