Horrible experience. They kept my car all day from 8:30am then never called me to pick it up only to find out that the recall never got fixed. I had to have my husband They kept my car all day from 8:30am then never called me to pick it up only to find out that the recall never got fixed. I had to have my husband miss work to drop me off and pick me up because I didn’t have a car for the entire day. Then they promised the next day it would be ready at 7am and it wasn’t ready ant 10am only to find out that they had taken apart my car and didn’t put it back . I only noticed after I left that the underside of the passenger seat’s wires were all hanging out. So I had to go back again to get them to fix it. I was so upset that they actually fixed that part immediately. I will never return to them again. More
