Made an appointment and dropped my vehicle off midday; vehicle wasn’t looked at for almost a week. Although I selected that I had a ride for the initial day I dropped of the vehicle, I was left borrowing vehicle wasn’t looked at for almost a week. Although I selected that I had a ride for the initial day I dropped of the vehicle, I was left borrowing cars and asking for rides. I asked if they had a loaner available and was told they didn’t. After 5/6 days of being with no car they finally call to advise parts were stolen from the vehicle and that it will be weeks for repair. I was then told to contact my insurance for a rental. Pleasant staff, just took days before being looked at for diagnosis. More
