For a tire plug, oil change and NY State inspection it took 4 hours. Another tire could not be plugged, Abrupt decision. Didn’t change registration sticker. Didn’t ask. Wilber and the manager, Matt, were kind, respectful and weren't trying to hustle me. They didn't do that thing where they asked "what price do you want to pay?" They just worked with me on value, gave me the best possible trade-in offer for my car and helped me leave with the best car, feeling great about the value I got.
