I’ve only had one experience here so it’s hard to give an accurate rating. While not the service centers fault I had to bring my brand new pilot back due to steering wheel shaking ! Needed to be aligned and wheels needed balancing. Why was I given the car Like that is what I want to know ! Who does the vehicle inspections prior to handing it over to the buyer !!! More
