I would give this zero stars if i could. Worst service ever. First of all you guys give me a quote in writing and tell me you HAVE the car. Joshua seemed eager to help me until he realized the quote i was given, again in writing. He set up the appointment for today at 1p. When i arrive suddenly he’s on “break”. Why would you be on break when YOU made the appointment at that time? I drive 49 minutes to this dealership only for you to tell me you no longer have any of the cars i want. (Probably because you guys made a mistake on the deal). Joshua then begins to tell me he’s gonna call me back because he SWORE the car was in stock. But guess what? I never receive a call back, ironic? I think not. No one there seemed to want to help because they gave a quote that was i guess too low for their liking. Never again will i come here and i will be telling everyone i know not to come to this specific Honda. Thanks again for your help, Joshua. More

Can’t get any worst I purchased a pre-certified 2015 Honda Odyssey. This van is no where near where it’s suppose to be certified. I have to take the van back on the secon I purchased a pre-certified 2015 Honda Odyssey. This van is no where near where it’s suppose to be certified. I have to take the van back on the second day for door problem. Got it back one day n then a “check engine light” problem shows up. First time service took three days. Again error comes back and serviced for two weeks. Got van back for a week same error. Goes back for two more weeks. Got van back for a week . Same error again n two more weeks in the shop. I drove the van for less then 100 miles in two and a half month. Got the van back again for two weeks. Related problems w the check engine light problem. Van goes in shop for two more weeks. I’m planning to write to BBB and to Albany also. Not once did any one from the dealer apologized. They were using my time after they sold the van to certify the van that’s what they did. I paid in good faith and all I got is aggravations time and time again. They have a customer support team but soon as they heard that I have problems with the van. They stop calling right the way. Everyone I called in service like mr Castillo’s Abreu or the other used car manager Matt. They don’t want to hear from me. They keep referring to the van as a service problem. I wish I could tell them when I pay them it’s a cash problem will they wait? The worst experience I ever have with any dealers and I own 7 Honda so far. No one should go to Millinium Honda because they really don’t care after you paid and it’s the fact. If now one believes me just go to the service waiting area and speak with some of their customers. I did and I told them to write to BBB so next customer would know. Thank you for your time. More
I just got a great car Not from Millenium. Years back I was swindled and it seemed it was going there again. As every day pricing was changing. They the Honda dealer took my old lease w remaining 4 payments. More
Shady Dealers My wife and I purchased a used car through Millennium Honda. Unwittingly, we purchased the extended warranty. After moving into a new home and getting news that we have a baby on the way, we decided to cancel the policy to give ourselves extra buffer. I was told to come into the dealership to cancel. After making the 90+ min drive, we were turned away because they were "too busy to deal with us." It took an eventual 40+ phone calls to get a hold of Chris and his manager, Julian Salim. After having to berate them into giving me the cancellation form, I returned it via email for their signature so they could mail the form into Toyota Financial for processing. This was after they tried to convince me to mail it to them (increasing our time on the policy). It's been nearly two months and we haven't received our refund. I called Toyota Financial directly after being unable to reach Chris or Julian once again. They informed me that they never received the form. These guys are all roses when they're trying to fleece you and line their own pockets, but when it comes to true customer service they disappear and neglect you 100%. STEREOTYPICAL USED CAR SALESMAN TACTICS. Despicable representation of a great franchise. More

Great Service This was my 5th car purchase in last 5 years and based on earlier experience dealing with salesman at dealership is a nightmare. Surprisingly the experience was very good at Millenium Honda. Everyone including Ritik Khanna (Sales), Chris Louis (FInance) and Matt (Sales Manager). Matt is an expert sales manager and it is difficult to get him down on price. Still the dealership has best prices on pre owned cars than competitors. One problem I faced as a New Jersey resident, the dealership charges sales tax and I was transferring my earlier car plates so was doing title/registration myself at NJ DMV. NJ DMV did not accept the sales tax deducted by NY dealership and will not register the car until I pay the sales tax to them. So I had to take sales tax refund from Millenium and pay sales tax at NJ DMV. More
