The salesman (Berto) was awful. Lazy as all get out. Luckily a manager started his shift and finished things out for me. He was very efficient and friendly. Berto would not have shown me the essentials of the vehicle if I hadn't asked. I was there for 6 hours, and it could have taken 2-3 if he had been on the ball. Very frustrating when a young guys treats you like a nag because you expect him to actually get something done. Mikko in the finance department was friendly and efficient. After this experience, I'm glad I only buy a car every ten years. More
