Waste of Time I recently contact Millennium Honda because I saw a 2016 HRV that I was interested in. I called and confirmed that hey had the vehicle as well as 2017 I recently contact Millennium Honda because I saw a 2016 HRV that I was interested in. I called and confirmed that hey had the vehicle as well as 2017 models. I explained to them that I either wanted to lease or buy whichever would lower my payment to what I could afford. I also explained that I had negative equity in my vehicle that I was trading in and that I had already gotten an appraisal for its trade from another Honda dealer. I was told by Tom that since the dealership I got an appraisal from was much smaller than their dealership and because they owned a dealership that my vehicle was, that their appraisal would probably be more. Of course they couldn't discuss figures until I came in to see them. I explained that would be difficult because of my hours, but I would try. I rearranged my schedule and made the effort to get there that same evening. Once I got there I was told 1. that the vehicle I had inquired about was sold. (this was in 4 hours of when I called to getting to the dealership) and 2. that my appraisal, that they said would be much more than the "tiny" dealership I went to originally, was $3,500 less!!!! This dealership is not honest or trustworthy. They will say anything to get you in the door. And to boot, they called me the very next morning to confirm my appointment. Needless to say, I wasn't very cordial to the person who called. Do yourself a favor, stay away from this dealership. Head out east and you will find a higher caliber of sales people that are willing to work with you and your situation. P. S.- The sales person I worked with is not even mentioned as one of their employees... Makes you think....right... More

That's why I followed when he moved to Brookly Steve Brigham has always gone above and beyond to make sure service goes well and as quick as possible. That's why I followed when he moved to Brooklyn, (it was a hike but worth it to ensure good, honest service). Now that he's back at millenium, that's where I'm going again and will continue. My pilot is always in good hands with him and I highly recommend Millennium Honda service to anyone enquiring. More
