Paul was my Service Advisor and he impressed me with how professional and courteous he was. Even though the department was so busy, Paul pulled all stops and I was pleasantly surprised how quickly he managef to get me in and out.. All in all he did an excellent job. More

Great service, didn't take long, I found Carol and Joe to be both professional and polite and I highly recommend this dealerships service department. More
Pitiful!!! Poor Management I received a notification that my 2015 Honda Fit had been recalled due to air bag issues, so I called an made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. The day came and I brought my car in, checked it in and proceeded to sit patiently in the waiting room for 1 1/2 hours. Finally my service agent Yves called my name. Relief soon turned to dismay and anger, as I was told that they could not perform the recall because they did not have any of the parts needed! I inquired as to why I had to sit for an hour an a half only to find this news out. I wanted to know what maintenance had been done while I was sitting there, as they were going to perform the multi point inspection and wash my car gratis. Absolutely nothing was done. Why did it take an hour and a half to notify me of a parts issue? How can a parts issue even occur when I had booked 2 weeks in advance? To add insult to injury, someone had driven my car for 3 miles, as I handed it over with 7108 miles, and it was returned to me with 7111. Who took it where, and for what? Finally I requested to speak to Gregory Andrews the service manager, who offered a plan in which I would be called in 2 weeks when they expect more parts to arrive, drop off my car, and be given a loaner while they perform the recall maintenance. I am angry that I had to take a day off from work, lost a days pay, wasted and hour and a half of my time, and will now have to visit this inept dealership again. I've had a terrible leasing experience with this dealership, and now the worst service experience of my life. More

Paul Mosca is the one that help me ones I came in he was great he has good customer service with a great personality just like his other coworkers they resolved my car issue quickly.. I also spoke to Bill Barbe he was so nice and was trying to help me find a car that would work for me because I told him I didn't want my car anymore I want an suv so he did the best he could to help me even though I didn't get the car but I'm definitely coming back to them to get my next car even though I wasn't thinking about getting a Honda again but the service is so good that it made me think twice about leaving them like I always say a good experience could always make it or break it so guys keep up the good work.
