He explained everything in full detail. Every time I called, he answered my calls. If I had to leave a voicemail, he returned my call right away. He was always in touch with me to let me know how the repairs were going. There were no tricks, no games, no hidden fees, no issues and simply put, Steven provides the best service hands down. I frequent places for the experience as well as the the service and Steve never lets me down! The moment I arrived to pick up my car, Steve saw me and said let me make sure to get the car for you. Talk about world class service! Honda sets the bar high and it is employees like Steve that make me feel comfortable talking about my vehicle in a professional manner.
