The best experience! I called this dealership to purchase a SUV but unfortunately it was sold to someone else before my arrival. However, with the help of Tom and Itxchel I called this dealership to purchase a SUV but unfortunately it was sold to someone else before my arrival. However, with the help of Tom and Itxchel, I and my family were able to identify anther one met our expectation and budget. They are extremely knowledgeable of their products and professional of the service they provided to their customers. With the excellent service they provided, we were able to drive our new car back to home within the same afternoon. It was a great experience of this purchase and we will recommend this dealership to our friends and family. More

He told me to bring it right in and explained how long it would take. So I was provided a loaner and I was on my way. Next day he called me to pick up my vehicle. It doesn't get any better than that, reliability, efficiency and professionalism. Its good to see to that the culture in this dealership is about providing great customer service!!. $1000 OIL CHANGE!! Brought my sons 2002 Honda in for $25 oil chg w coupon and was told it needed: a new drive belt, timing belt, had a cracked engine mount, had an oil l Brought my sons 2002 Honda in for $25 oil chg w coupon and was told it needed: a new drive belt, timing belt, had a cracked engine mount, had an oil leak, and needed the tires aligned. The service rep was insistent on the emergent repairs claiming that the car would lose control on the highway. However, according to two separate outside mechanics nothing but the oil leak was true and it was caused by the dealership not putting the plug bk when the oil was changed. The car was taken bk to Millennium to have the plug replaced and the Service Mgr scrambled to make excuses for the false repair list. He claimed most were based on the age of the car and that they had not actually been checked. He apologized profusely, repaired the oil leak, and offered a courtesy car wash. Really??!! Don't make the mistake of being manipulated by this dealership. I never write reviews but I wish someone would have written one before I went in. My advice to you is to go elsewhere as this is a dishonest dealership that doesn't care about their reputation. Good luck with that Millenium, bad service chatter travels fast! More

As soon as I walked in my family and I were greeted by a lovely receptionist who introduced us to a dealer right away. I had the honor of meeting and speaking with dealer Steven Ji. Not only did he explain all the pros and cons of the current Honda models, but he also explained all the available lease offers and specials the dealership is currently offering. My parents were more than thrilled to hear the variety of options and dealer Steven Ji really knew his stuff. Not only did Mr. Steven Ji present a lot of lease options for us but he also made sure my family was comfortable with the finance options and even explained to us what the best option would be for my family. Millennium Honda was more than satisfying in getting my first car. More
