Good Customer Service I've been bringing my car for service since 2011. In that period of time, 2 visits per year, I have received nothing but, respectful, courteous, p I've been bringing my car for service since 2011. In that period of time, 2 visits per year, I have received nothing but, respectful, courteous, professional customer service. Assistant Service Manager, Greg Andrews, has been my service rep for the last 3 or so visits. He listens to any concerns or issues you might have with your vehicle, always explains why any services are recommended, and keeps you posted through every step of your service visit. All in all, highly recommended. More

Very Pleasant experience I was greeted as a drove in by a funny young lady. Paul Mosca, very efficiently processed my paperwork! Very little wait time .ONLY false note was the fact that I asked if I could buy a battery for my electronic key which Paul said would be free at the parts office. However, when I went there, the person who met me was demonstrably annoyed by the fact that I was told that the battery would be free. He questioned me "who told you it would be free" I mentioned Paul's name. I hope I didn't get him into trouble. I paid for the battery and a screw for the key (Mine was worn out) And I had NO problems paying the measly sum. Just a little taken aback by the anger displayed by one employee toward another who was just trying to go above and beyond More
Skydiving I had to leave my car because I had to get to my skydiving appointment. My civic I took my 2003 because it was over heating.. They told me that I need it fan switch and proper coolant and that my head gasket wasn't to good. But they told me that if I put a new fan switch and the proper coolant I should it be ok for a while. So I went on and fix fan switch an coolant and paid $480 dollars And two days later had the same problem and I lost $480 dollars .. So becareful with this people More

Recall Service Needed - Absolutely satisfied!!! Needed some recall work done on my Honda Odyssey. I called another dealer here on Long Island, and couldn't even get anyone there to call me back! Needed some recall work done on my Honda Odyssey. I called another dealer here on Long Island, and couldn't even get anyone there to call me back! This really irritated me, especially since this recall was related to an issue with the Vehicle's braking system (VSA) -- which puts me and my children at risk!! So anyway, went ahead and called Millennium Honda to see if they could do this recall work for me. I was pleasantly surprised when it took me literally less than 5 minutes to make an appointment, and when they agreed to take my car in within the next couple of days. It was SO easy to make an appointment, and and the appointment time given to me was SO convenient. I really appreciated that. In addition, on the day of the appointment - I wanted to have the work done a little earlier in the day. They accommodated me and were able to take care of it! The service advisor, Mark Skawinski, did a great job of getting me in and out of there as quickly as possible, and was extremely friendly and courteous to boot. Because the other Honda dealer (Honda City, in Levittown) never even called me back to schedule my Recall Service, it's the only reason I wound up trying Millennium Honda in Hempstead. Boy, was I glad that I did. I will be coming back here in the future not only for service, but will be here when it's time to buy my next Honda vehicle. Definitely recommend this place. If their other operations are like their Service Area, you'll be pleasantly satisfied! More
