Millennium Honda responded

Millennium Honda prouds itself for being friendly, upfront and honest. The Attorney General’s complaint against our auto group basically involved a direct mail company that we had used a few years ago. We no longer use that direct mail company. In an effort to be completely open with the Attorney General during their investigation, we wanted all complaints that had been raised against our auto group to be part of the settlement, and the Attorney General agreed to our request. The settlement covers a period of nearly five years and all of our 22 dealerships not just Millennium Honda. Millennium Honda is named in the complaint because we are part of the Autogroup. The fact that the Attorney General only received approximately 250 complaints over such a long period of time covering hundreds of thousands of customers is proof that this is a very minor issue involving a few problem employees who have since been fired. It is not nearly the problem that the media would have you believe. We are also a full disclosure dealership. We abide by all the regulations and do not add products that were not properly explained and sold to the customer if they see the value of such product.
