3 Times was not a charm My 1st service experience was when I picked up of my car, I found the rear-facing baby car seat mirror was broken due to the service performed. The re My 1st service experience was when I picked up of my car, I found the rear-facing baby car seat mirror was broken due to the service performed. The rep apologized and asked that I send her a receipt paying for a replacement (approx. $16) so she could reimburse me. She never did. I went back a 2nd time because my starter was acting up and I asked that BEFORE they take my car in, I'd like to know if the work falls under my extended service warranty and if not, did not want the car serviced (by them). They said they would check it out. Well, after "checking it out", I was told it would cost me $125 for the diagnostic they performed and another $850 to replace the starter. I was not happy to say at the least and argued they should have explained that prior to taking the car and they gave it back without charging me. The 3rd time, was due to a driver side airbag recall. I got a call that I should schedule an appt asap, which I did (soonest appt was 1 week) and they said it would take half an hour for the work. When I arrived, I was told there were actually two recalls, not one and that it would take 1 and a half hours! I didn't have that kind of time as I wouldn't be able to p/u my daughter from school in time and was upset my morning was wasted. I said I would return the next morning, which was when I was then told the work may take about 2 hours or so! Though minor, there should not have been dirty fingerprints on the tan interior where the work was done that I will clean myself. I didn't like the run around. Every time you speak to someone different, you get a different response. More

My sales representative Steven Ji was extremely pleasant and helpful from the moment I met him, all the way till I drove the car off the lot and beyond. Steven knows his product extremely well and was very patient and thorough in explaining all of the different features on both the Honda Accord and Honda CR-V that I ended up purchasing. The price negotiation went well and I never felt pressured nor intimidated by Steven despite it being my first car buying experience. I was comfortable with the price I paid after comparing other dealers in the area. Steven also goes the extra mile after the sale, calling and texting me occasionally to see how the car and I are doing, which is really appreciated. I'd definitely recommend a visit to Millennium Honda and wholeheartedly recommend Steven to guide you through the process. More
