I was dealing with Mark who was very professional and explained why there was a delay. (there really wasn't, I got there at a terrible time but they still finished in under an hour). Very pleasant person, and I wanted to make sure I went out of my way to give him a good review because he deserves all the praise he gets. Great and to the point. I was looking to refinance and get my dad off the loan. Ended up getting new car and dad off loan. I wanted my monthly payment of 368$ to go down, but I was looking to refinance and get my dad off the loan. Ended up getting new car and dad off loan. I wanted my monthly payment of 368$ to go down, but I ended up getting a new car same color better model and 2015 year.. payments went up to 495 though. I was hesitant about that but I figure my car was 2 years old with this its a new start and won't have to worry about maintenance for two years. I hope I made the right decision. Maintenance Service Mark was a perfect gentlemen. He assisted me in figuring exactly what maintenance needed to be done on my 2011 Accord and it was done. After a light Mark was a perfect gentlemen. After a light appeared on my dash board I called Mark he advised me to bring in my car immediately and I was put in a rental overnight until my vehicle was done the next day by noon.
