He was upbeat, straightforward and organized, and patiently explained everything I needed to get prepared to complete the transaction. Our negotiation was quick, and low-pressure. He was super responsive to my many follow-up questions and requests. When the purchase was complete, he took the time to help me set up my phone with the car and review the features again. If I need to purchase again in the future, I'd look forward to working with Jorge again. Haresh in Finance was also great. He patiently explained the service options in a low-pressure way, and was happy to give me time to consult with others. And thanks to Wendell Williams for taking my initial call and being positive, which encouraged me to make the visit to the dealership. More

Charging for service that you don't need because the tires light was on in the dash board. They wanted to charge me to replace all four tires. I recently visited this dealership for service and had an overall decent experience. The staff were courteous, respectful, and willing to help, which I appreciated. As for the environment I found the radio to be quite loud, making it difficult to concentrate or have a conversation. A quieter, more comfortable space would go a long way in improving the customer experience. That said, the team seems committed to helping, and I would recommend them. More
