Deal Breaker Leased from them previously. Salesman Steven Ji show us some cars that we were interested in. it took around 2 1/2 hours to work out a deal and pick Leased from them previously. Salesman Steven Ji show us some cars that we were interested in. it took around 2 1/2 hours to work out a deal and pick out the colors. He brings a guy named Juan over we agree on a lease price and down payment and monthly payments. We shake hands. Do some paperwork with Steve on his computer. He asks for my credit card for a $500.00 deposit and I give it to him. He is gone for about 15 to 20 minutes. I find him talking to a manager and remind him my husband is on oxygen and is running out. He comes back 5 minutes later with a manager named Martin who states that they can't do this. I said but we have a deal, Juan agreed to it. Martin tells me he wants to add 3 months to our lease. On our way out Steve apologized to us. My husband and I feel like they wasted our time and reneged on a deal. More

We were immediately checked in by service advisor, Mark S., and given a comfortable place to w I recently took our Odyssey in for a broken DVD player. We were immediately checked in by service advisor, Mark S., and given a comfortable place to wait for our car. I was with my 2 year old daughter and was a little nervous about the possibility of a long wait. Mark had us in and out of there 20 minutes faster than the time he originally quoted us (90 minutes) and one of the representatives was even nice enough to give my daughter some crayons and a coloring book while we waited! Thank you all at Milllennium for making our service visit so pleasant and quick! More

Top Class Severice Went in for engine nose, right away they did an alignment check. most places I've been to don't do that. everyone was friendly and respectful.
