Top Shelf Experience. This morning, I brought my car to Millennium Honda for its third service. I was there by 6:45am and was the third person on the line. Once the shop opened, promptly at 7am, I was welcomed by Victoria and her glowing smile (rare for a Monday morning). She had me written up and in the waiting room within 5 minutes. She explained everything that was recommended and did not pressure any specific type of service. Once my car was complete, she came to let me know and once again explained all the work to me. She also recommended the next service that should be done. This has been my second lease experience, and first with Honda. Not only is the service much better than their neighbors that start with an N, but the friendly staff such as Victoria, makes me want to lease for many years to come. More

Following the lease paperwork, Mr. Ji also took the time to explain the various functions of the Honda Civic. During the car leasing process, Mr. Ji showed dedication, professionalism, a calm demeanor, and expertise. Mr. Ji knows how to work with his fellow teammates and how to solve conflicts and problems that arise with team personnel. Mario Garcia was also friendly, helpful and accommodating. Mr. Garcia made us feel comfortable and patiently explained all of the paperwork that I signed. Mr. Garcia's affable and pleasant personality during the car leasing experience was also greatly appreciated. More
