Millennium Honda Service Team Does It Again !! Took my wife's CRV this morning for oil change, NYS Inspection and to check the TMS sensor. Dealt with Mark from the Service Department. After telling Mark what I needed, Mark also recommended a tire rotation but I told him that I would do it next time. Mark agreed and didn't give me any BS story about the tire rotation. I have dealt with many service department and all of them always try to squeeze more money. Mark didn't do that. He was very professional and friendly. I look forward in servicing my 2 Hondas with Millennium. More

Best Service ever I went for my car service at Millennium Honda, and the service man was John. His level of professionalism was outstanding. He answered t all the questions, and that happened on a very busy Friday morning. I really feel valued as a customer. The service was done and with excellence. As as I was waiting, I noticed that he behaves professionally with other customers as well. Someone Like John, is definitely is a big plus in this organization. I suggest that the head of the company uses his human approach in dealing with customers to train other employees. Customers might forget about a job done, but they will always remember how they have been treated. More

However, I could not have asked for a more eager, knowledgeable and attentive Consultant than Chris Slama. He guided me though the entire process - provided a test drive, answered all my questions, negotiated aggressively on my behalf, made sure I got all the refreshments I needed - and he connected me with two other great guys in Joe (Insurance) and Jemehl (Finance) whose assistance proved pivotal in helping me secure my brand new 2014 Accord.
