My entire experience with this dealership was pleasant. I was addressed promptly. The wait time was very reasonable about an hour which seemed to go quick since the waiting area was very inviting and clean. The check out was quick as well. Harris Cabrera explained again what would be due at next service and the young women at check out were very friendly. i have to also say they are always very courteous on the phone when making an appt. Glad I chose a honda and your dealership for service. More

I walked into Millennium Honda looking to trade-in and lease a car for the near future; going through my due-diligence days/months before purchasing. That plan went out the windows after meeting Edwin Beltre. He was all smiles, and very courteous. He asked the right questions, and I explained what type of vehicle I was looking for. I wanted to trade-in my car, but for no less than a specific price. NO PROBLEM! Price was met, and I drove off the lot with a brand new car 2 hours later (I guess it took so long because I do talk a lot). :-) I dealt with 3 persons, in order to transfer my plates, finance, etc...Great group of people. I received follow up calls to find out if I like my purchase, and if there are any concern. That goes a long way. Kudos to Millennium for getting the right people in the business. More

He welcomed me to come down and have coffee, introduced me to the staff, and answered all my questions and concerns, making it easy for me to find the right car and understand the process of buying a car from them. He's very knowledgeable. See him when you want your next car! Then he introduced me to Jamal (salesman) who took me for a test drive and hooked me up with a great deal on my Honda Accord. It was surprisingly fun negotiating with Jamal. It was quick and easy too. Finally I decided to get my Honda because they are reliable, smooth, economical, safe, and they have the best naturally aspirated 4 cylinder engines. Just check out JD Power and Associate's reliability surveys and the government safety tests online. Also thanks to my friend for showing me how his tuned Civic SI could beat out BMW's he raced on the track ;) More

I had locked my key in the trunk of my car by accident and I called Millenium. Frank Trotta got on the phone and was an absolute pleasure. Later, I came back and he had the key programmed for the car so that I would have a spare key. He was so easy to work with and extremely helpful. Living in New York during the winter can be harsh on all vehicles with the snow, salt/sand & pot holes. I planned to travel by car and pulled in to the service center without an appointment just to have my vehicles with the snow, salt/sand & pot holes. I planned to travel by car and pulled in to the service center without an appointment just to have my tires, tire pressure & TPMS checked. The worst thing for a female driver to happen on a long trip is a flat tire or a break down of any sort. I also needed a refresher on my remote control starter. Mark was very patient & understanding. Then he checked my oil gauge and recommended an oil change since I was going out of town. Good thing he did, my oil life was at approx. 30%. I would've needed a change when I returned from my trip anyway. It's nice to be able to pull in to a service center without an appointment and to be taken care of in under an hour. Thank you Mark!!
