A couple months ago my husband and I where looking at cars but not ready to buy. The sale person in several of the dealerships we visited became pushy so even a little nasty. As soon as I stepped into the showroom on Sunday Jan 5th, James was there with a smile and handshake. He knew about the cars and was willing to do whatever it took to make me happy. Dealing with James is a most refreshing experience. I ordered a remote start for my Civic EX-L and he called me the next day to say it was installed and working great. I picked up the car on Wed eve and it was washed, waxed and waiting for me out front as he said it would. He called me again on Fri to make sure everything was perfect and offered his services if I am in need of anything. You have a "winner" in James...... :) :) I don't want to forget everyone else who took care of me...they were all knowledgeable and terrific. More
