Randy = friendly, non-pressuring, competent, accommodating I had been to several Honda dealerships prior to visiting Millennium, including the one where I purchased two previous Hondas. I had not purchased a b I had been to several Honda dealerships prior to visiting Millennium, including the one where I purchased two previous Hondas. I had not purchased a base model auto since 1989 but for various reasons, this is what I wanted since a manual transmission only came in the lower base models. The other dealerships did not seem too interested --- one was totally unfriendly and acted as if they would be doing me a favor to obtain a manual transmission Honda (they said I wouldn't find one in NY State) and the other dealer was either slow to return or never returned my calls. Randy at Millennium had me test driving the exact car I was interested in (with a manual transmission) within 15 minutes of my visit. We negotiated a fair price for the car and for a trade-in --- I had my car within two days. The experience with Randy was 180 degrees different from the other dealerships. More
