Bought a new car after losing a car from Sandy. Was reassured the car had no damage due to storm. I went for a oil change and noticed on the vehicle history a repair due to hurricane.When questioned th reassured the car had no damage due to storm. I never was told about it but I noticed it on the history.I only hope it was cosmetic no indication what is was only repair. I was informed by Gregg service advsor who was concerned,that under $1500. customer does not have to be informed. Beware get vehicle history ...don't believe them. Would not trust them More

Came from out of state to purchase a used vehicle. made purchase, drove vehicle back home (200 miles). Got home and went for VIN check at local Police Department. Presented paperwork to the officer and r purchase, drove vehicle back home (200 miles). Got home and went for VIN check at local Police Department. Presented paperwork to the officer and realized that i had paperwork for entirely different vehicle (!). Called dealership, was told to immediately re-insure vehicle under proper vin, send all paperwork back to dealership. Did that, the following week i received correct title, paperwork back via FedEx. Went to register vehicle at local DMV, presented all documentation. Title not SIGNED BY DEALER! Saga continues, received power of attorney via fax. Going BACK to DMV next week. Not sure this will work. So, let's see. Drove uninsured vehicle out of dealership with all incorrect paperwork 200 miles, issues still not resolved and vehicle still not registered. Good thing temp plates in NY last for 1 month... More

Beware! This Dealership likes to change the terms of a deal without you knowing! My advice is to make sure everything is in writing including purchasing your existing vehicle or buying out your lease!! deal without you knowing! Check the odometer reading. Some cars are delivered with over 300 miles. Inspect the vehicle fully before driving away!!! If you have a problem good luck!! They make you seem as though you are wrong!
