We had a very good experience at Millennium Honda where we recently purchased our Accord. First off, as busy and crowded as this dealership was on the day were were there, just about every employee warmly we recently purchased our Accord. Our salesman, Elvis Duran, was fantastic! Elvis is upbeat, positive and friendly; without being overbearing or pushy in any way. Elvis is extremely knowlegeable about the Accord, and he was very patient and spent a lot of time with us showing us all the new features. He was also very helpful and thorough in answering all our questions about the car. Elvis also made sure we had a comprehensive test drive; he NEVER rushed us. And, since we purchased our Accord, Elvis has called us a number of times to check-in and see how we're doing with the car. Elvis keeps reminding us to always keep his business card handy and to never hesitate to call him (even on his cell!) whenver we have a future question or concern -- big or small -- which he said he will immediately address. Came in with my wife to buy a new Honda Accord. Our sale woman, Itxchel, approached us helped us what we needed and was very helpful, it was Christmas Eve. We brought the car back and they told us Honda doesn't include the floor mat for the trunk. Either way, Itxchel threw in the rubber floor mat for the trunk for free. We were very graceful for her generosity. More

Alberto spent an entire day helping us and never showed any signs of losing patience. We are not easy to deal with and both of us are very indecisive but Alberto continued to treat us with such respect. By the end of the day we felt like we knew him for years. We even got to learn about his family and 2 gorgeous children. We highly recommend this dealership, especially, Alberto. Millenium should be very proud to have him as their employee. He is a definite asset to them and I'm sure anyone would be very happy to deal with him. I forgot to mention one fact of utmost importance and that was his honesty. He never lied to us or tried to get us to buy something we couldn't afford. We will definitely buy our next car from him. More

FROM THE TIME WE WALKED THRU THE DOOR, THE STAFF DISPL AFTER SHOPPING THREE CAR DEALERSHIPS, MY WIFE & I DECIDED TO END THE DAY AT MILLENIUM HONDA. FROM THE TIME WE WALKED THRU THE DOOR, THE STAFF DISPLAYED FRIENDLINESS THAT WE DIDN’T SEE OR GET AT THE OTHER PLACES. OUR SALESMAN, ELVIS DURAN, SHOWED US & EXPLAINED THE FEATURES OF THE ACCORD. HE ANSWERED OUR QUESTIONS & “SOLD US” ON THE CAR AFTER OUR TEST DRIVE. WHEN WE TOLD HIM THE FEATURES WE WANTED IN THE CAR, HE BROUGHT US TO THE ONE WE PURCHASED. WE WERE IMPRESSED WITH THE CAR & COLOR, PUT A DEPOSIT DOWN & AGREED TO RETURN THE NEXT MORNING TO FINALIZE IT. AT HOME, MY WIFE & I COULDN’T BELIEVE THAT WE HAD PURCHASED A CAR SO FAST & EASILY AND WONDERED ABOUT OUR ACTION. THE NEXT DAY WE TOLD ELVIS ABOUT OUR FEELINGS. ELVIS TOOK US TO OUR CAR & TOLD US TO TAKE ANOTHER DRIVE. MY WIFE & I DID. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT ALL THE FEATURES OF THE CAR & FURTHER EXPLAINED THEM TO US AND WE WERE CONVINCED WE HAD MADE THE RIGHT DECISION. WE NEGOTIATED THE NUMBERS WITH HIM & JOHN, HIS MANAGER & REACHED A VERY GOOD DEAL. MARLON DID A FINE JOB WITH THE FINANCIAL PART & AMBER HAD ALL THE PAPERS TO SIGN IN ORDER TO BRING THE CAR HOME. ELVIS GAVE US THE KEYS & SHOWED US HOW TO SET THE RADIO & CELL NUMBERS TO THE BLUETOOTH CONNECTION. HE EVEN LEFT A RED BOW WHICH MY WIFE HAD MENTIONED THE DAY BEFORE. THE FOLLOWING DAYS WE RECEIVED A CALL & EMAIL FROM ELVIS THANKING US & ASKING IF WE WERE SATISTIED WITH EVERYTHING. THE SERVICE MANAGER & THE GENERAL SALES MANAGER EMAILED US SEVERAL DAYS LATER TO BE OF SERVICE. I’M HIGHLY PLEASED WITH AND RECOMMEND MELLENIUM HONDA FOR A NEW CAR & ELVIS DURAN AS YOUR SALESMAN!
