As soon as I stepped into the showroom on Sunday Jan 5th, James was there with a smile and handshake. He knew about the cars and was willing to do whatever it took to make me happy. Dealing with James is a most refreshing experience. I ordered a remote start for my Civic EX-L and he called me the next day to say it was installed and working great. I picked up the car on Wed eve and it was washed, waxed and waiting for me out front as he said it would. He called me again on Fri to make sure everything was perfect and offered his services if I am in need of anything. You have a "winner" in James...... :) :) I don't want to forget everyone else who took care of me...they were all knowledgeable and terrific. More

I have had nothing but problems with this dealer from day one. Finance manager told me to cancel pending payment on the car that I traded in an then called me a month later telling me I had to pay it. When I one. When I got the new car home realized it was missing the back windshield wiper nozzle, I emailed my sales rep who said he mailed it out since I live two hours away. Three weeks later never got it, had to drive down there to pick it up and he told me he never mailed it and was waiting for me to pick it up. A month and a half after I got the car my registration has still not been sent to me. When I called asking for my sales rep or a manager the receptionist told me my rep is off and the managers are too busy and can't talk to me. She proceeded to advise me to simply mail the ticket into them if I get one for an expired registration. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a smooth and non stressful experience. Their lack of communication and unprofessionalism has been shown time and time again since I bought the car in November and would never think of going back for my next car. Hopefully this stops you from making the same mistake I did. More
