Tom K was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to get me a loaner car right away, enabling me to bring my car in for service right away. He was able to get an issue I was having with the gearbox on the car resolved and also informed me it was covered under warrantee. I was very pleased with the turn around time, I was back in my own car before I knew it.
