very bad service advisor because they lie on the promise date that the car is should be ready and only one small claim to make but it take almost two week to get back the car and i did call to Diligent to c date that the car is should be ready and only one small claim to make but it take almost two week to get back the car and i did call to Diligent to check my status after a week and they told me there is no claim file in on my account and i call back she said we are still waiting for approval that why i know they lie because Diligent advisor told me there is no claim send from this dealer very disappointed More
