The service advisor was good but the service director lied and tryed to falsify my repair order. This was my second inspection. The first time (last year) I was told 2 hours and it took at least four. Yesterday I was also told 2 hours and it took 5. This was frustrating as it felt like I spent the whole day in the waiting room when I thought I'd be done by 11am at the latest, but what peeved me even more is that as I was waiting for another status, an employee made a disparaging comment about LGBT people to another employee. That is just not cool in this day and age, and honestly it made me feel like this place is just cruel and dysfunctional. The employee's name was Orlando. I was not dealing directly with him so it was not that person (although I apologize, I forgot his name and marked Orlando below). I felt like the person I was dealing with directly was probably doing his best to get my car done and there was something else going on that caused the delay, but the delay was just so long it became incredibly frustrating. Between those two (the delay and the comment about LGBT people), the whole process just left me fuming. This is my honest experience. More

Ms Brown was excellent in assisting me. Disappointed. First I brought the car on 6/12/25 because c/s emissions system lights. I picked up the car the same day and I was charged $1,516.80. Returned the car for appropriate repairs. Mr. Brujan Daiberth informed me that more work is needed. The car was in shop from Friday to Tuesday. I was charged another $2,715.59 on 6/18/25. On my way home I noticed that something was missing. I went back to the dealership, it was past 5PM. The security man told to come back the next day. I went there and informed Mr. Daiberth of the missing part. Fifteen minutes later, he said that they fixed the part with some type of fastener. That not true. They actually glued the part and left a whole mess on the glass and left parotid the car. At that I had enough. I won’t go back. I spent about twenty minutes cleaning, removing glue residue and polishing. This is strike 3 as far I am concerned. I’ve been a loyal customer with Honda for years, you may check your system for reference. I had never seen anything like that. This was my last trip. I will take my business elsewhere.
